A few weeks ago, Maeghan and Christine took their family and friends up to the Haliburton Forest and got married. They were married on the same lake where Maeghan’s family has had a cottage since the 1970s. Their vows included the sweetest use of a curse word I’ve ever heard at a wedding. (“I f***ing love you!”) There were kisses. There were cheers. There were some serious dance moves. And I spy diamond skulls in one of the brides’ bouquets. Maeghan and Christine, it was worth the wait.
