Jane and Luke live two blocks away from each other uptown, and work a two blocks from each other downtown. But it wasn’t until Jane trained for a marathon a few years ago that these two found each other. (Now they run together.)
I met with them earlier this year in Jane’s home, I immediately got the sense that they are two hardworking, intelligent, and kind people who really, really love each other. What more can you ask for?
Their wedding ceremony took place in a Toronto condo belonging to friends, with champagne and speeches following. Since both Jane and Luke work downtown, it seemed fitting to have a portrait session with the cows in the TD Centre Plaza. [Trivia: the cows are a sculpture entitled “The Pasture”, by Canadian sculptor Joseph Farfad.] They then met their guests for a sumptuous dinner at George on Queen Street.
Congratulations, Jane and Luke!
